Taylormade R11 Irons give me great feel and response

I bought the R11 irons last year and loved them. They are easy to hit and very forgiving. They definitely helped improve my game.

Designed to deliver all-around performance in every facet of iron play, and, inspired by R11 driver innovation, the new R11 iron set is tuned to perfection. Precision CG placements, ultra-thin faces, a tour sole design and Inverted Cone Technology make R11 our most powerful, playable and refined iron ever.

TaylorMade coming out with a set of irons to match the R11 Driver and Fairways like they did with R7 & R9, that is the Taylormade r11 irons. It’s also fairly safe to state the Japanese Marketplace may be the very first to pronounce R11 Forged Golf irons. TaylorMade’s new R11 irons are disciples of both the taylormade burner 2.0 irons and Tour Preferred irons.

The striking red Precision Weighting Port (PWT) technology allows TaylorMade engineers to guarantee precise swing weight and ensure centre-face Centre of Gravity (CG) location in every iron to promote optimised ball flight in the long, middle and short-irons.Progressive CG location positions the CG low in the longer irons to make them easier to launch, and higher in the shorter irons. Wider soles in the longer irons pull the CG lower.

Featuring the Inverted Cone technology, these TaylorMade irons ensure fast ball speed and distance even for off-center hits. The TaylorMade R11 offers great playability from a variety of lies, thanks to its multi-functional sole design. With a progressive topline thickness, this iron set infuses confidence at address. Enjoying more control and increased spin is a breeze with the advanced groove design of these TaylorMade irons. The “Precision Weight Port” system (a plug similar to those found in Tour Preferred irons) is used in the R11 irons to dial in desired head weights and swing weights, and to ensure each club’s center of gravity is in line with the sweet spot. The fixed (red) plugs—2.5 to 17 grams—are made of aluminum, steel or tungsten and can not be adjusted by consumers.

Like previous models the heads feel light and are effortless to swing. The ball went on a nice medium high trajectory and the feel right across the face was lovely. With the centre of gravity rising through the set, even the long-irons are a joy to hit and better players may choose to stick with these rather than go for a hybrid as they are just as easy to hit and more accurate.

These work better than my old ones. If you want a more penetrating ball flight than max game improvements, these are the ones.Taylormade R11 Irons have lived up to my expectation. The playerability and accuracy it delivers is unbelievable.
